Why Is it important to eat Vegetables? 

    Eating vegetables provides health benefits – people who eat more vegetables are likely to have a reduced risk of some chronic diseases. Vegetables provide nutrients vital for health and maintenance of your body. Vegetables are nutrient dense and  pack a lot of nutrition into a minimum of calories.

In conclusion , vegetables contain a lot of nutrients and vitamins that will keep you healthy . Although some vegetables are plain and does not taste as nice as meats , but you should still eat it instead of throwing it away as vegetables contains a lot of nutrients that you may be lacking of .
